December Favourites

Thursday 7 January 2016

Happy New Year! Wow how time flew last year I think I blinked away a few months near the end. Well I'm here today to share my December favourites, I didn't have much as I didn't wear much makeup near the end but I do still have a few things I want to share with you all that have made my month that little bit better...

Trilogy Makeup Be Gone Cleansing Balm * - If you are a fan of cleansing balms then this one from Trilogy should be on your list to get, I love the very light fresh scent it has and it does work beautifully to break down your makeup. It is the same concept as the Clinique cleansing balm. I have not seen this one at Priceline yet but hopefully soon.

Sigma E25 Blending Brush - My go to eye brush at the moment, since I picked up this brush I have not been able to put it down. The quality of Sigma brushes are just superb and the bristles are packed in great and this one is perfect for blending your eye shadow. Sigma brushes are well worth the look even if you buy a few brushes that you will use on a day to day basis. You can purchase this from Sigma for $12.60 USD.

Mor Marshmallow Oil - I have been obsessed with this sweet smelling scent this whole month, usually I am not really into sweet or fruity smelling scents for perfume but this Mor Marshmallow is sweet and musky at the same time I have just been loving the smell so much. I also picked up a backup already so I am pretty keen on it haha This perfume oil not only smells great but it lasts for ages on my skin which I also love. If you have not smelt this you need to! You can purchase it from David Jones for $19.95 AUD.

Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara - I picked up this mascara because I read somewhere that this is the one Kylie Jenner uses so I had to try it out for myself and I have been pleasantly surprised and I have come to reach for it almost daily. It has a great formula and really does make my lashes look a lot more fuller. The brush has a slight curve in it which I find actually helps with applying the mascara better. I got mine from David Jones for $52.00 AUD.

Sigma Brush Cleaning Mat *- Another Sigma product I have been loving, I used to use my hand when I was cleaning my brushes and that would not fully get everything out of my brushes (and it used to make my hand go a bit numb after cleaning so many brushes) this mat has be so great and I have noticed my brushes come out a lot more cleaner now plus it cuts my cleaning time down and we all know how great that is! You can purchase this from Sigma for $32.00 USD.

Clarins Hydra Quench Tinted Moisturiser *- As I mentioned above I have not been wearing much makeup over the last month but when I was I had this tinted moisturiser on. This Clarins tinted moisturiser makes your skin look more awake and fresh looking with the added benefits of  skincare with makeup it has hyaluronic acid and SPF15. It is very light weight and I have been loving how it makes my skin look. I have been mainly been wearing this with just a bit of mascara and gloss and off I go. You can purchase this from Activeskin for $50.00 AUD.
