Rimmel Release Roundup & Giveaway (CLOSED)

Wednesday 25 May 2016

Rimmel seem to be releasing new products every month lately and I am not complaining as everything I have tried has been spot on. So with that I have a few new releases to share with you all from the last couple of months so if your interested please keep on reading...

Last months new releases brought us the #Instaflawless Skin Tint, Magnif'eyes, Kate Conditioning Lip Balm and the Kate Sculpting Palette.  The #Instaflawless skin tint is a lightweight base product that you can either use under your preferred foundation or on its own for a sheer coverage base. I didn't mind this product as I do like a light base for my everyday makeup, but I do wish it had just a bit better coverage as I found it a bit hard to cover up all of my redness. The Magnif'eyes is a dual ended eye kohl with a cream shadow stick on the other end. A great product that is very versatile you can use either ends as a shadow or a liner, it is long wearing and easy to apply. The Kate Conditioning lip balm is a nice hydrating lip balm that wears nicely on the lips on its own or under your lipstick. The Kate Sculpting Palette contains a beautiful blush, highlight and bronzing powder. The blush a very wearable pink/peach shade that is not overly shimmery, the highlight will help you get your cheek bones popping and the bronzer has a nice sheen to it that will help you look radiant. All the powders are easy to apply and blend out.

The last couple of releases were the Wonder'Full Volume Colourist Mascara & the Colour Precise Eyeliner. Starting with the mascara it is suppose to darken your natural lashes over time and also help with volume and lengthening your lashes. In my personal opinion I find that it does help with separating and lengthening my lashes but does not help with volume. The Colour precise liner has a very nice thin tip which helps with application and dry's quickly. I am not very good when it comes to applying liner to my top lids and I found that it was so much easier with this eyeliner as the tip is so precise.
As a little thank you I would like to giveaway a couple of the new Rimmel releases to a random reader. All you have to do is be an Australian or NZ resident & leave a comment below with your e-mail address and tell me what your favourite Rimmel product is. The winner will receive 1x #Instaflawless (Light/Medium) and 1x Kate Sculpting kit (#2). The winner will be drawn by random and the giveaway closes on 01/06/16 @ 6pm AEST.
* Products were gifted to me for consideration, all opinions are my own and I will always give my honest opinion.

  5. I don't have a favourite Rimmel product! But the Stay Matte powder is one I've been meaning to try for a while now.

I quite like the sound of that mascara as well, usually all I want is some length to my lashes so I'm not too fussed about the volume!
