Nicole's Notes #3

Monday 30 January 2017

I am back with another installment of Nicole's Notes for the month of November and December. We had a great last few months of the year and are ready to start 2017. Keep on reading to find out what my partner and I got up to...

November's highlight for us was having a little trip away to see my husbands family and his eldest sister get married, we packed up the car and three of our dogs and drove down to Bathurst NSW for a few days to celebrate the wedding it was a beautiful day and the bride looked stunning. We then took a few days to drive back home and camped at a few places along the way our favourite spot was right on a river and the dogs absolutely loved it.
Below are the three pups we took with us (from Left to Right) Zara, Bailey and Lolly.
Below Bailey and Lolly chilling out.
December time was obviously about Christmas I was so happy to get some time off before the start of the new year and get some things done around the home and yard. Ate way to much food as most people do and got to spend it with some of my family.
We made a purchase with money we got from Christmas and got ourselves a coffee machine, so happy with our purchase as we both love coffee and this will hopefully help us save a bit of money. I also found some takeaway coffee cups (you might have seen on my snapchat) so we can make our coffee and run if we are heading out so we don't need to purchase one. I picked up a new bed spread for our bed black and rose gold (can it get any better). We also had a new addition to our always growing funny farm a little kitten arrived at our place on New Years Eve and she has been staying with us since. We couldn't locate an owner nor does she have a micro chip so we have named her Misty and I think she is here to stay.
And a few more happy snaps our our children haha Bailey after a swim in the dam, one of our cows had a little calf so another new addition :) and our other cat Puss Puss (yes that is her name haha) chilling on the verandah and in the back of one of the Utes, she finds the most weirdest of places to sleep. A little fact about our gorgeous girl Puss Puss she was a little feral that my partner found as a tiny kitten at his work and brought her home for me and she has turned out to be one of the best cats we have had.
That is it for last year we didn't get up to a great deal but we had some much needed time off and got to spend time with all our fur babies. I am hoping 2017 will be a great year for us and I am looking forward to sharing some of the highlights with you all.
