5 Relaxation Tips

So if you can be a bit off a stress head like me and find yourself wearing out and about to snap try the 5 tips I have listed below and see if they help you out like they do for me...

               

1) Take a walk, even if it is just around your house or your office getting away from everything is always a good idea. I love to just pop outside and spend some time with my animals and that helps me a lot.

2) Music is always a good one, turn on some tunes either relaxing or something you can sing and dance to and forget everything.

3) Chill out, I like to use a facial spritzer (for the essential oils) and then lay down on the bed and just relax and take deep breaths and try not to think about anything.

4) Pamper yourself, a good face mask and a soak in the tub is always a good idea. Read a book if your not interested in the bath and mask idea I know I go between these two. Mainly its just to take your mind off of things and relax yet again.

5) Have a chat, Talking to someone like your mum or best friend can help. It takes whatever your thinking about off of your mind or if you require help they can advise you what they would do and take a bit of pressure off of your shoulders.

Just make sure you take care of number one (YOU) before you do end up in a bit of a rut or feeling way to stressed. I hope these little tips help you out and make you feel calmer and less stressed out.
